Outstanding views and definitely worth the drive up. The constant wind from the viewing platform keeps a lot of the bugs at bay and there is a restroom at the top. A few of the locals told me they’ve seen some copperheads and rattle snakes near the area though, so beware of that.

This is a very small state park, accessible only by two roads, one of which is large enough to accommodate only a single vehicle at a time. That said, this park has one of the most spectacular mountain vistas I've come across in PA to date.

Excellent View! A nice area that’s worth the drive up the mountain. It’s really neat to see how the rivers have truly shaped the countryside over the many years. There’s bathrooms available at the area along with some picnic spots. Some trails are also available in the area but I did not explore them when I was there.

This a beautiful hidden gem far from the crowds. Looks like a locally known and popular spot with sweeping views. The drive up the mountain road and out of the park is amazing. Be careful with wildlife and go slow to prevent slipping as it's a narrow winding road with no guardrail. The Hyner View area itself is not very big but on a quiet day with some sun and clouds, one can really enjoy the scenery. Seasonal views probably change and make this park a great destination as long as the mountain road is open. Great for photography and wandering around.

This was an impromptu visit that we stumbled upon while returning from our vacation to Eastern Maine. It was absolutely breathtaking. Photos do not do justice to the beauty.

One of my favorite views in the state! Another great state park in PA! I have had the privilege of.running the Hyner challenge to get to the top of the view! If you don't want to climb, no worries you can drive. Bathrooms at the top! Great trails! Check it out!
